焊接不銹鋼(gang)異徑管(guan)的一般要求有以下幾點:
①. 焊制異徑管的圓度不應大于各端外(wai)徑的1%,且不大于5mm.
②. 同心(xin)異徑(jing)(jing)管(guan)兩端(duan)中心(xin)線應(ying)(ying)重合,其偏(pian)心(xin)值(zhi)(a1-a2)/2(符號見圖(tu)2-50)不應(ying)(ying)大(da)于大(da)端(duan)外徑(jing)(jing)的1%,且不應(ying)(ying)大(da)于5mm;偏(pian)心(xin)異徑(jing)(jing)管(guan)過渡區應(ying)(ying)圓滑。

1. 同心異徑(jing)管展開圖(tu)
圖2-51為同(tong)心異徑(jing)管展開圖,其作圖步驟如下。

①. 按已知尺寸畫出主(zhu)視圖和俯(fu)視圖,將其上、下口(kou)分成(cheng)12等(deng)份(fen),使表面組成(cheng)24個三角形。
②. 采用直(zhi)角(jiao)三角(jiao)形法求出1-2'線的實長。
③. 按照已知三邊(bian)作三角形的方法,即(ji)可得到同心異徑管的展開圖。
2. 不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)異徑管的(de)制作
不銹鋼異(yi)徑管分同心和偏心兩種,可用卷焊、摔制、抽條等方(fang)法制作(zuo)。
采用(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)卷(juan)焊時(shi),先(xian)作出樣(yang)板(ban)(ban),然后(hou)將樣(yang)板(ban)(ban)平鋪在(zai)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)上劃線、下料(liao),并(bing)按(an)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求加工坡口(kou),除去毛刺和氧化鐵皮,用(yong)(yong)滾板(ban)(ban)機或壓力機卷(juan)圓,再(zai)用(yong)(yong)1/4圓的弧形樣(yang)板(ban)(ban)檢查內圓的弧度。經修理達到要(yao)(yao)(yao)求后(hou)施焊。無機械卷(juan)圓時(shi),也(ye)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)手工卷(juan)制(zhi),如圖2-52所示。制(zhi)作時(shi),先(xian)在(zai)切割好的鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)上分區(qu)(qu)域劃線條(tiao),按(an)區(qu)(qu)向內敲(qiao)打彎制(zhi),錘擊力量要(yao)(yao)(yao)適(shi)當,以免用(yong)(yong)力過(guo)大鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)產生(sheng)過(guo)度變形,并(bing)隨時(shi)用(yong)(yong)1/4圓弧形樣(yang)板(ban)(ban)檢查;發(fa)現扭(niu)曲不(bu)對(dui)口(kou)時(shi),可(ke)用(yong)(yong)工具校正。

當管(guan)(guan)徑(jing)較小、采用(yong)(yong)鋼板(ban)卷(juan)制有困難時(shi)(shi),異徑(jing)管(guan)(guan)可用(yong)(yong)鋼管(guan)(guan)摔(shuai)(shuai)制。制作時(shi)(shi),先用(yong)(yong)烘爐或氧(yang)-乙炔(gui)焰將(jiang)管(guan)(guan)子加(jia)熱(re)到(dao)800~950℃.摔(shuai)(shuai)同心(xin)異徑(jing)管(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi),邊(bian)錘擊邊(bian)轉動管(guan)(guan)子,由大到(dao)小,使管(guan)(guan)面(mian)圓弧均勻過渡(du),錘面(mian)要放平(ping),防止錘擊時(shi)(shi)使管(guan)(guan)壁(bi)產生麻面(mian)。一遍摔(shuai)(shuai)不好時(shi)(shi),可再加(jia)熱(re),直(zhi)到(dao)摔(shuai)(shuai)成為止。摔(shuai)(shuai)偏心(xin)大小頭時(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)下壁(bi)不應加(jia)熱(re),采用(yong)(yong)烘爐加(jia)熱(re)時(shi)(shi),可用(yong)(yong)水將(jiang)管(guan)(guan)下壁(bi)冷(leng)卻后再摔(shuai)(shuai)管(guan)(guan)。摔(shuai)(shuai)制時(shi)(shi),應左右轉動,使其過渡(du)圓滑。
制作(zuo)異徑管(guan)(guan)(guan)時,其變徑過渡區的長度視管(guan)(guan)(guan)徑不(bu)同而異,為減小局部阻(zu)力,一般不(bu)應小于(yu)大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外徑。
