  鎳-鎢-鈷合金電刷鍍液是在鎳-鎢合金鍍液的基礎上加入少量的硫酸鈷等成分組成的鎳-鎢-鈷鍍液。它是酸性鍍液,pH=1.2~2.4,深綠色,20℃時相對密度為1.29,電導率為2.052 Ω-1·cm-1



2. 鎳-鎢-鈷合(he)金電刷(shua)鍍(du)層的性質和用途


  鎳-鎢(wu)-鈷鍍層(ceng)(ceng)硬(ying)度高(gao),致密、孔隙少(shao),在(zai)較高(gao)的(de)溫度下仍具有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)硬(ying)度,其優點是(shi)鍍層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)應力小,可(ke)沉積較厚的(de)鍍層(ceng)(ceng),即(ji)可(ke)達0.20mm,主(zhu)要用(yong)來沉積耐磨的(de)表面層(ceng)(ceng)。

 硫酸鎳(NiSO4·7H2O)   393g/L  、 硫酸鎂(MgSO4·7H2O)  2g/L


 鎢酸鈉(Na2WO4·2H2O)   23g/L  、冰醋酸(CH3COOH)  20mL/L


 甲酸(HCOOH)  35g/L  、 硼酸(H3BO3) 31mL/L  、氟化鈉(NaF) 5g/L


 檸檬酸(H3C6H5O7·H2O)  42g/L  、硫酸鈉(Na2SO4)  6.5g/L


 十二烷基硫酸鈉[CH3(CH2)11 SO4Na]  0.01~0.001g/L


 硫酸鈷(CoSO4·7H2O)  2g/L   、 硫酸錳(MnSO4·4H2O)  2g/L



4. 鎳-鎢(wu)-鈷合金電(dian)刷鍍液(ye)的配制


  在1000mL燒杯中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)350mL,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳393g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)。另(ling)(ling)取(qu)250ml,燒杯,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)100ml,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)檸檬酸(suan)(suan)(suan)42g,攪(jiao)排(pai)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)鴨(ya)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)23,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)攪(jiao)拌(ban)館(guan)解(jie)(jie)后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)含(han)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳的溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液中(zhong),攪(jiao)拌(ban)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)。另(ling)(ling)取(qu)在250mL燒杯中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)100ml,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)硼酸(suan)(suan)(suan)31g,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)含(han)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳的溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液中(zhong),攪(jiao)拌(ban)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)。另(ling)(ling)取(qu)在250mL燒杯中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)50ml,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)6.5g、硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈷2g、硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)錳28、硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎂(mei)2g和(he)氟化鈉(na)(na)(na)5g,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)人含(han)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳的溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液中(zhong),攪(jiao)拌(ban)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)。另(ling)(ling)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)十二烷基硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉(na)(na)(na)0.01~0.001g充(chong)分攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)。再加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)人甲酸(suan)(suan)(suan)35mL 和(he)冰醋酸(suan)(suan)(suan)20mL,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)充(chong)分攪(jiao)拌(ban)至(zhi)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液透(tou)明(ming)。冷卻至(zhi)室溫,用(yong)10%稀(xi)(xi)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)或稀(xi)(xi)氫氧化鈉(na)(na)(na)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液調節溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液pH為2.將(jiang)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液倒入(ru)(ru)(ru)1000mL量筒(tong)或量瓶(ping)中(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)至(zhi)刻(ke)度(du)。
