普通低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)雖溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)降(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)強度(du)(du)有所增加(jia),塑韌性卻急(ji)劇降(jiang)低(di)(di)(di),這(zhe)類鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)不能(neng)用于(yu)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構上,而(er)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)在相應的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)條件(jian)下仍具(ju)有良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)韌性和(he)抗脆斷能(neng)力(li),能(neng)夠確保結(jie)構的(de)(de)(de)使用安全。低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)主要用于(yu)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)下工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)容(rong)器、管(guan)道和(he)結(jie)構,如石(shi)油化工(gong)設備(bei)(化肥(fei)、乙(yi)烯、煤液(ye)(ye)化、液(ye)(ye)化石(shi)油氣等)、冷凍設備(bei)、食品工(gong)業及液(ye)(ye)態氣體儲存設備(bei)等。低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)一般用于(yu)-110~-20℃工(gong)況(kuang)條件(jian)。按適用溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)范圍,低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)可(ke)分為-40℃、-70℃、-90℃、-110℃鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang);按照鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)材的(de)(de)(de)合(he)金(jin)體系,低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)可(ke)分為不含(han)鎳及含(han)鎳的(de)(de)(de)兩大類。不含(han)鎳的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)一般工(gong)作(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)在-40℃以(yi)上,而(er)含(han)鎳的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)根據鎳含(han)量的(de)(de)(de)高低(di)(di)(di),可(ke)以(yi)工(gong)作(zuo)在較低(di)(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下,如2.5%Ni鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)可(ke)以(yi)用于(yu)-60℃以(yi)下,3.5%Ni鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)可(ke)以(yi)用于(yu)-110~-90℃。表(biao)1-10和(he)表(biao)1-11列出(chu)了我國常用低(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)壓力(li)容(rong)器用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)(de)化學成分及力(li)學性能(neng)。



  低(di)(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)用(yong)(yong)鋼一般(ban)是通過(guo)合(he)金(jin)元素的(de)固溶強(qiang)化、晶粒細(xi)(xi)化,并(bing)通過(guo)正火或正火+回火處理細(xi)(xi)化組(zu)織晶粒,從而獲得良(liang)好(hao)的(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)韌(ren)性。在低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)用(yong)(yong)鋼中(zhong)常用(yong)(yong)合(he)金(jin)元素是Mn、Ni、V、Nb等(deng),如我國低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)壓力容器用(yong)(yong)鋼09Mn2VDR、15MnNiDR及(ji)09MnNiDR等(deng),為保證低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)韌(ren)性,在低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)用(yong)(yong)鋼中(zhong)盡量降低(di)(di)(di)(di)碳含量,并(bing)嚴格控制硫(liu)、磷含量。低(di)(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)用(yong)(yong)鋼還有(you)相應的(de)鑄件(jian)、鍛(duan)件(jian)及(ji)管材,JB4727-2000中(zhong)對5種常用(yong)(yong)的(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)合(he)金(jin)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)鋼鍛(duan)件(jian)的(de)化學成分(fen)、力學性能做(zuo)出了規(gui)定,見表(biao)1-12及(ji)表(biao)1-13所示。
