20世(shi)紀50年代(dai)以來,由于傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)和(he)電氣控(kong)制技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)突破,連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)生產技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)得到(dao)了(le)長足的(de)發展(zhan)。芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)運行方式從(cong)浮動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)到(dao)限動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)以及半浮動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji),機(ji)架(jia)數從(cong)9~7架(jia)減少到(dao)6~5架(jia),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制工(gong)藝從(cong)兩輥(gun)變為三輥(gun),80年代(dai)后大(da)口徑、少機(ji)架(jia)限動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)芯棒(bang)(bang)(bang)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)出現,使得鋼(gang)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)更是爐火(huo)純青。生產過程的(de)操作方式由手動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)到(dao)區域(yu)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化到(dao)整條線由CPU、PLC控(kong)制的(de)全自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化運行方式,采用了(le)液壓小(xiao)倉(cang)控(kong)制技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),配套了(le)工(gong)藝控(kong)制軟件技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)的(de)整體裝(zhuang)備(bei)水(shui)平有了(le)很大(da)的(de)改(gai)變。與其他機(ji)型(xing)相比連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)以優(you)質、高產、高效(xiao)率、低消耗(hao)等特點,成為世(shi)界無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)主要生產企業的(de)首選(xuan)機(ji)型(xing)。
經過30余(yu)年(nian)(nian)的(de)消化(hua)、吸收、再(zai)創新,國(guo)產(chan)連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)已基本達(da)到國(guo)際先進水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。太(tai)(tai)原重工(gong)繼與國(guo)外聯合設(she)(she)(she)(she)計寶鋼(gang)ф140機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和(he)天津φ250機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)后,又(you)陸續制(zhi)造了多(duo)套Φ159mm、φ180mm三(san)(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)。太(tai)(tai)原通澤重工(gong)繼2006年(nian)(nian)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)了φ250mm 五機(ji)(ji)架限動芯棒連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)后,又(you)陸續制(zhi)造了φ114mm二輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和(he)ф159mm、Φ273mm、Φ356mm等多(duo)個(ge)規(gui)格三(san)(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu);中冶(ye)賽迪分別于2012年(nian)(nian)、2017年(nian)(nian)自主集成建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)了φ76mm四機(ji)(ji)架、ф89mm六機(ji)(ji)架三(san)(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和(he)正在建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)φ159mm三(san)(san)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)。以(yi)上(shang)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)設(she)(she)(she)(she)備的(de)控制(zhi)精度逐步提高,代表(biao)了我(wo)國(guo)軋(ya)管(guan)設(she)(she)(she)(she)備制(zhi)造和(he)工(gong)藝水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。國(guo)產(chan)的(de)連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)推動了中國(guo)鋼(gang)管(guan)工(gong)業的(de)高速(su)發(fa)展。截(jie)至(zhi)2018年(nian)(nian),國(guo)內共有(you)連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)46套(含在建(jian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu))。
