我國從1985年開始該機組的引進,洪都鋼管廠是第一個建設該機組的工廠。引進的是改進型的全浮動三輥軋管機,產品規格范圍從Φ63~80mm。


  所謂的改進型三輥軋管機。其結構上的區別在軋管機入口端的輥頸軸承裝在活動牌坊上,活動牌坊與一液壓缸相連。啟動液壓缸可按要求快速改變軋輥的喂人角。因為軋制薄壁管的主要問題在毛管的尾端,改進型三輥軋管機的解決辦法是在毛管尾端產生一小段壁厚較厚的毛管,以便給相鄰的薄壁管以足夠的支撐。這種解決辦法是這樣實現的。開始時,軋機的喂入角調整得較小,當毛管前端通過軋輥后,迅速將喂入角調大,然后,當軋至毛管后端時,又重新快速將喂人角調小。由于軋輥軸安裝的幾何關系,減小軋機喂入角不僅改變喂入效率,而且可打開輥喉,所以就產生一小段厚壁管。


  傳統(tong)的(de)Assel軋管機(ji)采用1個電機(ji)傳動,通過齒輪箱(xiang)帶動3個軋輥(gun)(gun)。雖然(ran)軋輥(gun)(gun)的(de)速度相同(tong),但由于軋輥(gun)(gun)上的(de)負荷分配(pei)不(bu)(bu)(bu)均(jun)。導致(zhi)軋制時荒管壁(bi)厚不(bu)(bu)(bu)均(jun)和后(hou)端不(bu)(bu)(bu)圓。由于尾三角的(de)原(yuan)因,只能(neng)生產產D/SS不(bu)(bu)(bu)大于12的(de)鋼管。


  Assel軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機組經過(guo)(guo)近(jin)一個世紀的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展之后(hou),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)徑不斷加大(da)。這使(shi)得芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)變得越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)重(zhong)。由此而產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)是,笨(ben)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)重(zhong)達數(shu)噸,給芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)操(cao)作和運(yun)輸(shu)帶來(lai)了(le)(le)很大(da)困(kun)難,并(bing)且(qie)直(zhi)(zhi)接影響到軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)。芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)量(liang)在(zai)某種程(cheng)度(du)上制(zhi)(zhi)約了(le)(le)大(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)。經過(guo)(guo)一段時間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)摸索之后(hou)。當今(jin)限(xian)動芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)Assel 軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機組可以(yi)滿足大(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)。限(xian)動芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)Assel軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術特點(dian)(dian)(dian)是在(zai)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中控制(zhi)(zhi)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)(jin)速度(du),使(shi)荒(huang)(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)(jin)速度(du)大(da)于(yu)(yu)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)(jin)速度(du),芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)(jin)距離(li)遠(yuan)(yuan)遠(yuan)(yuan)小于(yu)(yu)荒(huang)(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)(jin)距離(li)。根據限(xian)動芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)上述軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)特點(dian)(dian)(dian),便可根據生(sheng)產(chan)需要(yao)確定芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)長度(du),并(bing)通過(guo)(guo)減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)長度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法來(lai)縮短芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)長度(du),從而減(jian)(jian)(jian)輕芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)量(liang)。對Assel軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)驗研究(jiu)分析表明,浮動芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)與限(xian)動芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)之間(jian)有(you)(you)很大(da)差別,相比(bi)之下(xia)限(xian)動芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)具有(you)(you)更多(duo)優點(dian)(dian)(dian):首(shou)先,取消了(le)(le)荒(huang)(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)與芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)脫(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)系統,不僅減(jian)(jian)(jian)少(shao)了(le)(le)設備的(de)(de)(de)(de)投入,還由于(yu)(yu)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)不參與運(yun)輸(shu)而使(shi)得軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)大(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)成(cheng)為可能(neng);其次,可減(jian)(jian)(jian)小附加應力,增(zeng)大(da)減(jian)(jian)(jian)徑量(liang),保證了(le)(le)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)。


  大直(zhi)徑Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機組上采用單獨直(zhi)接(jie)傳動。這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)結構的(de)(de)優點是(shi),可(ke)以(yi)騰出(chu)更多(duo)的(de)(de)空間來布置出(chu)口臺,以(yi)生產大直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)鋼管(guan);可(ke)以(yi)用改變(bian)每(mei)個軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)速度的(de)(de)方法(fa)來補(bu)償由于負荷分配不(bu)均而引(yin)起(qi)的(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)速度的(de)(de)差異(yi)(yi),并能補(bu)償軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)外徑不(bu)完(wan)全相等(deng)的(de)(de)差異(yi)(yi)。軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)采用單獨傳動,并且(qie)為軸向出(chu)料直(zhi)接(jie)進入定徑機,中間不(bu)設置再加熱爐,這(zhe)(zhe)些都(dou)是(shi)當(dang)今Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機組的(de)(de)獨特之處(chu)。
