氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(又稱(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)),即利用氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)的能量,在密閉(bi)管道內沿氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)方(fang)向輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)顆粒狀(zhuang)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao),是(shi)流(liu)(liu)態化技(ji)術的一種具體(ti)應(ying)用。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)裝置(圖2.137)的結構簡(jian)單(dan),操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)方(fang)便,可作(zuo)水(shui)平的、垂直的或傾斜方(fang)向的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song),在輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)過程中(zhong)還(huan)可同時進行物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)的加熱、冷卻、輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)和(he)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)級等(deng)物(wu)(wu)理操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)或某些化學操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)裝置屬于(yu)(yu)密相中(zhong)壓氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song),適用于(yu)(yu)不(bu)易破碎(sui)顆粒、粉料(liao)(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)、物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song),廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用于(yu)(yu)化工、醫藥、糧食的行業(ye)。

①. 氣力輸送介質(zhi)管(guan)道的(de)布置應(ying)使管(guan)道短,彎頭數(shu)量少(shao)。水平管(guan)段不宜過長,且(qie)管(guan)道不得有死角和“袋形”出現(xian)。


②. 氣力輸送(song)介質管道的(de)布置應采用大曲率半徑的(de)彎(wan)管,彎(wan)管的(de)曲率半徑應根(gen)據輸送(song)方式、物料的(de)特性、工藝要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)和流動方向確定,且應滿足(zu)PID或風送(song)系統制造商(shang)的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。


③. 在(zai)供(gong)料(liao)器后的氣力輸送介(jie)質(zhi)管(guan)道應設置一段(duan)直管(guan)段(duan),直管(guan)段(duan)的長(chang)度(du)應滿足(zu)PID或風(feng)送系統制造商的要求(qiu)。


④. 氣力輸送管(guan)(guan)道的水(shui)平走向直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)段不宜(yi)太長。當水(shui)平直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)段較(jiao)長時,應在水(shui)平管(guan)(guan)段中間加一段垂(chui)直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)段,然后管(guan)(guan)道繼續水(shui)平走向。


⑤. 氣力輸送介質管(guan)道應有可靠的靜(jing)電接地(di)設施,管(guan)道上的法蘭宜(yi)跨接。


⑥. 氣力輸送管(guan)(guan)道(dao)應滿足操作、安裝、檢修、事故(gu)處理的要求,在垂直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)的下部或水平管(guan)(guan)道(dao)的適當部位應設(she)置拆卸短管(guan)(guan),供管(guan)(guan)道(dao)堵塞(sai)時(shi)清(qing)料(liao)使(shi)用(yong)。


⑦. 對(dui)氣力輸送(song)管(guan)道系統的管(guan)道,必須設(she)置牢固的管(guan)支(zhi)架。設(she)計時不僅要考慮支(zhi)承其(qi)全部重量,同(tong)時還(huan)應(ying)考慮其(qi)振動因素。


⑧. 氣(qi)力輸送系統(tong)應有粉塵(chen)防爆措施,對(dui)風送系統(tong)內各(ge)種設備的排氣(qi)口,都(dou)應接到(dao)除塵(chen)系統(tong),不(bu)得有粉塵(chen)在裝置內泄漏。


⑨. 所有氣(qi)流輸(shu)送管(guan)道的端部焊接(jie)前必須(xu)采用機械加工。所有管(guan)道端部的坡口應打磨光滑、無毛(mao)刺、銳角。
