目前國內軸承(cheng)鋼管(guan)的生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)未發(fa)生(sheng)實(shi)質性的變(bian)化,常見的軸承(cheng)鋼管(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方法主要有兩種(zhong):(1)穿(chuan)孔+冷軋(ya)(ya)(拔(ba))工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi);(2)穿(chuan)孔+三輥軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(或二輥軋(ya)(ya)管(guan))+定徑(張減(jian)機)或+冷軋(ya)(ya)(拔(ba))工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。在這(zhe)兩種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)中,坯料采用軋(ya)(ya)制坯或連鑄坯,鋼管(guan)(從坯料到(dao)成品)的壓縮(suo)比(bi)應(ying)大(da)于15。
其中,以穿(chuan)孔(kong)+冷(leng)軋(拔)工藝生產的軸承鋼管(guan),多為中小直徑(jing)精密的軸承管(guan),生產規格為Φ(14~120)mm×(2~15)mm,鋼管(guan)材質為GCr15或GCr15SiMn。該生產工藝相(xiang)對簡(jian)單,裝備少(shao),流程短,投資少(shao),產量低。
以穿孔+三(san)輥軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(或(huo)二輥軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan))+定徑(張(zhang)減徑)或(huo)+冷軋(ya)(拔)工(gong)藝生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan),是(shi)目前國際(ji)上主流的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)軸(zhou)承鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)熱軋(ya)方法,可實現控(kong)溫控(kong)軋(ya)。其生(sheng)產(chan)規格為Φ(48~200)mmx(5~30)mmm,多(duo)為規格范圍較寬泛的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)承鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan),鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)質(zhi)為具備不同淬透性的(de)(de)(de)高碳鉻軸(zhou)承鋼(gang)。該生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝復雜,裝備多(duo),流程長,投(tou)資(zi)大,但產(chan)量高。目前,三(san)輥軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機被(bei)公(gong)認為最適宜(yi)的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)承鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)和精密(mi)中厚壁鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)機組。
