①. 伴(ban)管(guan)管(guan)徑宜為(wei)10、12、DN15、DN20、DN25,伴(ban)管(guan)根(gen)(gen)數不宜超(chao)過4根(gen)(gen)。

③. 環境溫度、伴(ban)管(guan)介質(zhi)的操(cao)作條件、保(bao)(bao)溫材(cai)料制(zhi)品(pin)的熱(re)導率及傳熱(re)系數等(deng)數據與表1~表8不同時(shi),伴(ban)管(guan)管(guan)徑及根(gen)數(采用硬(ying)質(zhi)或半硬(ying)質(zhi)圓形保(bao)(bao)溫材(cai)料制(zhi)品(pin))按下面公式計算(suan)。

2. 蒸(zheng)汽分配站和疏(shu)水站
①. 對于(yu)蒸汽分(fen)配站和疏水站的管徑也給出了(le)下面的公(gong)式,計算出S值(zhi),再查詢SH3040相(xiang)應的表格來獲(huo)得蒸汽分(fen)配站和疏水站的管徑。
S=A+2B+3C 式(shi)中A-DN15、612、10伴管(guan)(guan)根數(shu);B-DN20伴管(guan)(guan)根數(shu);C-DN25伴管(guan)(guan)根數(shu)。
②. 在3m半徑范圍(wei)內(nei)如有3個(ge)或3個(ge)以上的伴熱(re)點及回(hui)收(shou)點時(shi),蒸(zheng)汽伴熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)應設置(zhi)(zhi)蒸(zheng)汽分配(pei)(pei)站(zhan)和疏水(shui)站(zhan),熱(re)水(shui)伴熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)應設置(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)水(shui)分配(pei)(pei)站(zhan)和熱(re)水(shui)回(hui)水(shui)站(zhan)。站(zhan)的設置(zhi)(zhi)應考慮統(tong)一考慮,布局合理,方便操作和維(wei)修。
3. 蒸汽伴(ban)(ban)(ban)管沿被伴(ban)(ban)(ban)熱管的最大允許有效伴(ban)(ban)(ban)熱長(chang)度(包(bao)括垂直管道)(表6-34)
凝(ning)結(jie)水不(bu)回收時,最大(da)(da)允(yun)(yun)許(xu)有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)長度(du)(du)可延長20%;采用(yong)導熱(re)膠泥時,最大(da)(da)允(yun)(yun)許(xu)有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)長度(du)(du)宜(yi)(yi)縮短20%;對(dui)于出現U形(xing)彎時,在(zai)超過規定數值(蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽壓力(li)0.3~0.5MPa,累計(ji)上升(sheng)4m;蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽壓力(li)大(da)(da)于0.5~0.7MPa,累計(ji)上升(sheng)5m;蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽壓力(li)大(da)(da)于0.7~1MPa,累計(ji)上升(sheng)6m)時宜(yi)(yi)適當減少最大(da)(da)允(yun)(yun)許(xu)有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)長度(du)(du),但(dan)伴(ban)管(guan)累計(ji)上升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)(du)不(bu)宜(yi)(yi)超過10m。

注:1. 蒸(zheng)汽(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)站安裝位置(zhi)高于蒸(zheng)汽(qi)總管(guan)時,分(fen)(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)站低(di)點可不(bu)(bu)設(she)排放冷凝水(shui)的(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)疏(shu)水(shui)閥(fa)(fa)系統,水(shui)平安裝的(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)站應(ying)無袋(dai)形并坡向蒸(zheng)汽(qi)總管(guan)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)站低(di)于蒸(zheng)汽(qi)總管(guan)時,其上游不(bu)(bu)得有下(xia)凹的(de)袋(dai)形彎,分(fen)(fen)(fen)配(pei)(pei)站的(de)低(di)點應(ying)設(she)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)疏(shu)水(shui)閥(fa)(fa)組。
2. 蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)分配站至少有3根伴(ban)管(guan)(DN15)送至半徑為3m范圍內的地點時才設置,否則伴(ban)熱供汽(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)可直接(jie)從蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)總管(guan)上引出。
3. 分配站(zhan)應布置(zhi)在不妨礙通行(xing)、便于操作的地方,布置(zhi)應考慮(lv)整齊和美觀。
4. 供汽(qi)管的閥門應布置(zhi)在便于接近的地方(fang)。
5. 分配(pei)站的蒸(zheng)汽應從(cong)蒸(zheng)汽總管(guan)的頂部(bu)引出。
4. 熱(re)(re)水伴(ban)管沿被伴(ban)熱(re)(re)管的(de)最大允許(xu)有效伴(ban)熱(re)(re)長(chang)度(包括垂直管道)(表6-35)
