埋弧焊不銹鋼管焊接參數比焊條電弧焊多一些,包括焊接電流、電弧電壓、焊接速度、焊接材料、焊絲直徑、焊絲偏移量、焊絲干伸長度、焊絲輸送速度等。
①. 焊接電(dian)流
焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)流(liu)的(de)大小直(zhi)接(jie)影響焊(han)(han)接(jie)熔(rong)池(chi)的(de)深(shen)淺,焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)流(liu)大,熱(re)輸入大、電(dian)弧挺度大,焊(han)(han)接(jie)熔(rong)池(chi)深(shen);反之則淺。當(dang)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)流(liu)較(jiao)大時,由于熔(rong)深(shen)較(jiao)深(shen),而焊(han)(han)縫(feng)寬(kuan)度變(bian)化不大,所(suo)得到(dao)的(de)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)成形(xing)系(xi)數(焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)寬(kuan)度與焊(han)(han)縫(feng)有效厚度的(de)比值稱(cheng)為(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)成形(xing)系(xi)數)較(jiao)小。這樣的(de)焊(han)(han)縫(feng),對熔(rong)池(chi)中(zhong)氣體和(he)(he)夾渣(zha)物的(de)上浮(fu)和(he)(he)溢出(chu)十分不利(li),易產生氣孔、夾渣(zha)和(he)(he)熱(re)裂紋。所(suo)以一般增加(jia)電(dian)流(liu)時,必(bi)須相應的(de)提(ti)高電(dian)弧電(dian)壓,以保證得到(dao)合(he)理的(de)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)形(xing)狀,一般焊(han)(han)縫(feng)成形(xing)系(xi)數控制(zhi)在1.3~2.0之間,這樣對熔(rong)池(chi)中(zhong)的(de)氣體溢出(chu)以及防止產生夾渣(zha)或(huo)熱(re)裂紋等缺陷有利(li)。
②. 電弧電壓
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧長(chang)度(du)的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)而變(bian)(bian)化(hua),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧拉(la)長(chang)了,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓則升(sheng)高(gao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧挺度(du)下降,母材受熱面(mian)增加(jia)(jia),所以焊接熔池的(de)(de)深(shen)度(du)減小,焊縫寬度(du)明(ming)顯(xian)增寬。適當的(de)(de)增加(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,會(hui)(hui)提高(gao)焊縫質量,但應與增加(jia)(jia)焊接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)相配合。單純地增加(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,會(hui)(hui)使熔深(shen)減小,造(zao)成焊件未(wei)焊透。而且焊劑的(de)(de)熔化(hua)量大,增加(jia)(jia)焊劑的(de)(de)消耗量。焊縫表面(mian)粗糙(cao),脫渣困(kun)難,嚴重時,會(hui)(hui)造(zao)成焊縫邊緣(yuan)咬邊。
③. 焊(han)接速度
當焊接電(dian)(dian)流和電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓不變時(shi),焊接速度(du)提高,電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)給予焊接熔池(chi)中單位長度(du)的熱(re)量(liang)勢(shi)必減少,導(dao)致(zhi)焊縫熔深(shen)和焊縫寬度(du)減小。過分(fen)的增(zeng)加(jia)焊接速度(du),會導(dao)致(zhi)焊接電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)對(dui)工件(jian)的加(jia)熱(re)不足(zu),造成焊件(jian)未焊透和邊緣未熔合等缺陷。
④. 焊接(jie)材料
a. 壓力(li)容器常(chang)用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼埋(mai)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)焊(han)絲、焊(han)劑(ji)見表4-14,常(chang)用(yong)奧(ao)氏體型(xing)耐熱鋼埋(mai)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)焊(han)劑(ji)與焊(han)絲見表4-15,結構件常(chang)用(yong)奧(ao)氏體不(bu)銹鋼埋(mai)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)焊(han)劑(ji)與焊(han)絲見表4-16。
b. 常用不銹鋼埋(mai)弧焊(han)用焊(han)劑烘焙要求見表 4-17 。
c. 焊(han)劑(ji)顆(ke)粒度(du)。熔(rong)煉焊(han)劑(ji)顆(ke)粒度(du)為2.5~0.45mm(4~40目(mu)(mu)),燒結焊(han)劑(ji)顆(ke)粒度(du)為2~0.28mm(10~60目(mu)(mu)),焊(han)劑(ji)允許重復(fu)使(shi)用(yong),但重復(fu)使(shi)用(yong)前(qian)須篩出細(xi)粉和(he)渣殼(ke),并(bing)與(yu)新(xin)焊(han)劑(ji)混(hun)勻后使(shi)用(yong)。


⑤. 焊(han)絲直徑
焊絲直徑加粗(cu),電(dian)弧(hu)范圍(wei)擴(kuo)大,使熔寬增加;如果焊接電(dian)流(liu)保(bao)持不變(bian),電(dian)流(liu)密度減小,電(dian)弧(hu)挺度下降,則熔深(shen)將相應地減小。
⑥. 焊絲偏移量a
焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接環焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)不(bu)應在(zai)最高點(dian)或最低點(dian),而應在(zai)下(xia)坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)的位置(zhi)上,如(ru)圖(tu)4-19所(suo)示(shi)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)直接影響焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫成形,見圖(tu)4-18。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件外(wai)徑和焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接線(xian)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)有關(guan)。當焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接線(xian)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)大時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),熔(rong)池停(ting)留時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間較(jiao)(jiao)長,所(suo)以(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)可選(xuan)較(jiao)(jiao)大值(zhi)。當焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接線(xian)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),熔(rong)池停(ting)留時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間較(jiao)(jiao)短(duan),所(suo)以(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)選(xuan)取(qu)較(jiao)(jiao)小值(zhi)。當焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件外(wai)徑較(jiao)(jiao)大時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),熔(rong)池中(zhong)的液(ye)態金屬外(wai)溢的傾向較(jiao)(jiao)小,此時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)可取(qu)較(jiao)(jiao)大值(zhi)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)直徑小于3mm時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)一(yi)般(ban)不(bu)超過5~10mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)直徑大于3mm時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)見表(biao)4-18。

⑦. 焊絲(si)干伸長(chang)度L
焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)前端到導(dao)電嘴(zui)前端的距離稱(cheng)為焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)干(gan)(gan)伸(shen)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du),見圖(tu)4-20。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)干(gan)(gan)伸(shen)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)L增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)的預熱溫度(du)(du)(du)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)熔化(hua)速度(du)(du)(du)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)干(gan)(gan)伸(shen)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)可(ke)提(ti)高生產(chan)效率,但焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)干(gan)(gan)伸(shen)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)超過50mm后會(hui)出現(xian)成段爆裂現(xian)象(xiang)。所以焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)干(gan)(gan)伸(shen)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)一般控制在17~20mm范圍內。
⑧. 電流(liu)種類和(he)電極極性
在一般情(qing)況(kuang)下,電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)陽極區(qu)的(de)溫度(du)(du)較陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極區(qu)的(de)溫度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao),但(dan)在使用高(gao)(gao)錳高(gao)(gao)硅(gui)含氟的(de)焊(han)劑(ji)進行埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)空(kong)間(jian)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)勢增加(jia)(jia),這樣,氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后(hou)正離(li)子釋放至陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極的(de)能量也增加(jia)(jia),使陰(yin)(yin)(yin)極的(de)溫度(du)(du)提高(gao)(gao),并(bing)大于陽極的(de)溫度(du)(du)。因而在用含有高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位的(de)埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)劑(ji)時(shi)(shi),若焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源為直流正接,則焊(han)絲的(de)熔(rong)化(hua)(hua)速度(du)(du)大于焊(han)件的(de)熔(rong)化(hua)(hua)速度(du)(du),使接頭熔(rong)深減小,焊(han)縫余高(gao)(gao)增加(jia)(jia)。反之用直流反接便可(ke)增加(jia)(jia)熔(rong)深。使用交(jiao)流焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源時(shi)(shi),對(dui)形狀的(de)影響介于直流正接、反接之間(jian)。
上(shang)述各(ge)項(xiang)焊接參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)選擇(ze),不(bu)能單項(xiang)考慮,要(yao)(yao)有(you)機地(di)匹配,進行綜合(he)平(ping)衡分析(xi),找(zhao)出一個主要(yao)(yao)焊接參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu),在充分試驗后,才能制訂出最佳參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)。最終要(yao)(yao)經(jing)過焊接接頭的(de)(de)力學性(xing)能考核和(he)耐腐蝕性(xing)能試驗(即焊接工藝評定合(he)格),滿(man)足(zu)產(chan)品設計圖樣要(yao)(yao)求后,方能在產(chan)品上(shang)正式施焊。表(biao)4-19、表(biao)4-20所(suo)列出的(de)(de)18-8型(xing)奧氏體不(bu)銹鋼焊接參(can)(can)數(shu)(shu)可(ke)供參(can)(can)考。
