合成塔筒體采用材料為321不銹鋼制作,板厚12mm,筒體直徑940mm,長9m.工作壓力1.76MPa,溫度≤530℃.筒體焊后要求焊縫總長25%進行X射線探傷檢測。
筒(tong)(tong)體縱縫、環縫的坡口形(xing)式均為(wei)V形(xing),如圖5-4所示(shi)。坡口用機械加工(gong)方(fang)法或用碳(tan)弧氣(qi)刨加工(gong),氣(qi)刨后(hou)的坡口表面要清除熔(rong)渣(zha),并打(da)磨光亮。筒(tong)(tong)體所有(you)縱、環縫的坡口開(kai)(kai)在筒(tong)(tong)內(nei),鈍邊開(kai)(kai)在筒(tong)(tong)外。其(qi)優(you)點是(shi)焊根(gen)在筒(tong)(tong)外,便于碳(tan)弧氣(qi)刨進行清根(gen)操作,另外,氣(qi)刨產生的熔(rong)渣(zha)不粘在筒(tong)(tong)體內(nei)壁上,保證筒(tong)(tong)體光潔,提(ti)高耐腐蝕性。

筒(tong)體(ti)成形后裝配定位焊(han)(han),每隔200~250mm定位焊(han)(han)25mm,定位焊(han)(han)縫高度為4~5mm.施焊(han)(han)順序如(ru)圖5-5所示。先在筒(tong)體(ti)內焊(han)(han)第(di)1和第(di)2道(dao)(第(di)1層(ceng)),這兩道(dao)焊(han)(han)縫的起焊(han)(han)和終止端應相反。

然后在筒外(wai)清(qing)根,再(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)第3和第4道(第2層)。同樣注意各道之間(jian)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)方向要(yao)相反(fan)。這樣焊(han)(han)(han)(han)波錯開避免(mian)夾(jia)(jia)渣(zha)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)不要(yao)做(zuo)橫(heng)向擺動,對準中心線焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)。清(qing)根時在筒外(wai)用(yong)碳弧(hu)氣(qi)刨(bao)進行(xing),碳棒直徑8mm,電流250~300A,碳棒與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫夾(jia)(jia)角45°,刨(bao)槽深度4mm,將第1層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)道根部可能有缺(que)陷的(de)金(jin)屬全(quan)部創(chuang)除,刨(bao)后清(qing)理熔渣(zha)。第3、4層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)道焊(han)(han)(han)(han)完(wan)后,最后在筒體(ti)內焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)與(yu)腐蝕介(jie)質接(jie)(jie)觸的(de)第5、6層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)道。
環縫在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外部(bu)進行點固,點牢之后將筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)吊(diao)放在(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)胎上,焊(han)工在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)(tong)內焊(han)接(jie)(jie),轉(zhuan)胎轉(zhuan)動(dong)開(kai)關在(zai)(zai)面罩上,由焊(han)工自己控制(zhi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)速度,邊焊(han)邊轉(zhuan),保持平焊(han)位置(zhi),施焊(han)次序(xu)與縱縫要求相同。第1道(dao)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)時(shi)采用焊(han)條直徑4mm,焊(han)接(jie)(jie)電流120~140A.其(qi)他各道(dao)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)電流為(wei)130~150A.
