焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)分熔(rong)(rong)煉和燒結兩種。熔(rong)(rong)煉焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)點較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)(di),堆(dui)散(san)比重較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da),強度較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高,顆(ke)粒(li)不規則,顆(ke)粒(li)成(cheng)(cheng)分大(da)體屬于均質的(de)(de),吸潮性(xing)(xing)(xing)小(xiao),以保護(hu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)為主,而冶金(jin)(jin)精(jing)(jing)煉的(de)(de)能(neng)力較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)(di),抗銹(xiu)能(neng)力較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)(di);生產(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)復雜,耗電(dian)量(liang)大(da),成(cheng)(cheng)本高,生產(chan)(chan)(chan)周(zhou)期長;焊(han)(han)道外形均勻(yun)規則,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)大(da)電(dian)流或在(zai)窄(zhai)坡口(kou)中(zhong)焊(han)(han)接時,脫渣性(xing)(xing)(xing)差,但焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)回收率高,可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)多(duo)次(ci)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)。燒結焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)點較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高,堆(dui)散(san)比重較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)小(xiao),宏(hong)觀顆(ke)粒(li)均勻(yun),是(shi)微觀和細觀的(de)(de)不均勻(yun)混合(he)物,其(qi)結合(he)強度較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)(di),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)過程中(zhong)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)發生粉化;抗銹(xiu)能(neng)力較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高,吸潮性(xing)(xing)(xing)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)前必須重新烘干(gan);制造工(gong)藝(yi)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)簡單,可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)連續(xu)生產(chan)(chan)(chan),生產(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)本低(di)(di)。它最(zui)大(da)優點是(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以通過精(jing)(jing)心設計來取得較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)好(hao)的(de)(de)冶金(jin)(jin)精(jing)(jing)煉能(neng)力,焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)配(pei)方(fang)的(de)(de)調(diao)整簡易靈活(huo),可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)通過添(tian)加合(he)金(jin)(jin)粉劑(ji)(ji)量(liang)來調(diao)整焊(han)(han)縫金(jin)(jin)屬成(cheng)(cheng)分。它的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)道成(cheng)(cheng)形均勻(yun),脫渣性(xing)(xing)(xing)好(hao);但焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)回收率低(di)(di),反復使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)次(ci)數少(shao),焊(han)(han)劑(ji)(ji)消耗量(liang)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)。
1. 熔煉焊(han)劑
目前熔煉焊劑仍是我國埋弧焊使用的主要焊劑,熔煉焊劑的牌號以“HJ”表示,其后面的第一位數字表示的焊劑含氧化錳量的分型,其含義(如MnO含量)見表2-10。后面的第二位數字表示的焊劑含硅和氟量的分型,其含義(SiO2及CaF2的含量)見表2-11。后面的第三位數字表示相同類型中不同編號,按0、1、2、、8、9順序排列。

2. 燒結焊劑
燒結焊(han)劑的牌號用字(zi)母“SJ”和三位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示,“SJ”表(biao)示,埋(mai)弧焊(han)用燒結焊(han)劑;其(qi)后(hou)第(di)一位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示焊(han)劑熔(rong)渣(zha)(zha)渣(zha)(zha)系,見表(biao)2-13;其(qi)后(hou)第(di)二、三位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示同一渣(zha)(zha)系類型的不同牌號,按01、02、···、09順序(xu)編排。
