浙江金(jin)洲管(guan)道工業有限公司φ508~1626mm預(yu)精焊螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管(guan)生(sheng)產線引進德(de)國(guo)SMS MEER集團旗(qi)下PWS公司國(guo)際(ji)先進的預(yu)精焊(二步法)螺旋焊管(guan)生(sheng)產技術(shu)和設備,于2015年1月正式(shi)投產,年生(sheng)產能力20萬噸,生(sheng)產壁厚6.4mm~25.4mm,最高生(sheng)產鋼級 L690/X100。
金州管道不銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。
一、生產(chan)工(gong)藝流程

二、主要技術特(te)點
1. 高速成型預(yu)焊機組技術
穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)鋼帶(dai)工(gong)作寬(kuan)度(du)和穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)遞送狀態(tai)是實現(xian)穩(wen)定高速(su)成(cheng)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)前提,通過以(yi)下各系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)協同工(gong)作,使(shi)鋼帶(dai)以(yi)最穩(wen)的(de)(de)(de)狀態(tai)進入成(cheng)型(xing)器(qi),在高精度(du)模型(xing)化的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)型(xing)系統(tong)中(zhong)實現(xian)低(di)應(ying)力穩(wen)定成(cheng)型(xing),對外徑、圓(yuan)度(du)、直(zhi)度(du)實現(xian)高精度(du)控制,為預焊(han)提供穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)接環境。
a. 鋼(gang)帶矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)裝置(zhi)配備七(qi)輥(gun)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)機,矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)高(gao)度由(you)(you)電機調節(jie),矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)力大小(xiao)由(you)(you)液壓缸提供,可對每個(ge)(ge)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)輥(gun)進行獨立控(kong)制,精確(que)調整每個(ge)(ge)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)輥(gun)位置(zhi)的(de)壓力,使(shi)出口側鋼(gang)帶快速(su)達(da)到(dao)理想的(de)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)狀態,其(qi)最大矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)力600噸,滿足大壁厚高(gao)鋼(gang)級的(de)高(gao)速(su)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)。
b. 剪切對(dui)焊(han)機配(pei)(pei)備伊(yi)薩等離子切割(ge)系統、板(ban)頭尾銑邊機、預焊(han)系統、雙(shuang)絲自動埋弧焊(han)系統,通過(guo)先銑邊后焊(han)接(jie)(jie)的工藝(yi),有效避免因板(ban)頭尾對(dui)接(jie)(jie)人為(wei)地產(chan)生鐮刀彎。采用Y型焊(han)接(jie)(jie)坡口,配(pei)(pei)合預焊(han)+雙(shuang)絲自動埋弧焊(han)工藝(yi),使得對(dui)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭達到足夠的熔深和(he)強度(du),確保對(dui)頭焊(han)縫(feng)質(zhi)量,實現鋼帶(dai)對(dui)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭在成型器(qi)快速穩定通過(guo)。
c. 自(zi)適(shi)應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)配(pei)備三(san)組(zu)鋼帶寬度(du)(du)自(zi)適(shi)應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)。第(di)一、二組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為粗銑(xian)(xian)(xian),寬度(du)(du)自(zi)適(shi)應系(xi)統通過(guo)實時檢(jian)測鋼帶銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)前后(hou)寬度(du)(du),合理地分配(pei)每組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)切削(xue)深(shen)度(du)(du),提高刀片的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用壽命,保證(zheng)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)質量;第(di)三(san)組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為精銑(xian)(xian)(xian),根據壁厚和(he)焊接(jie)工藝設定(ding)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)工作(zuo)寬度(du)(du)、坡口(kou)角度(du)(du),鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)厚度(du)(du)、鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)位置,穩定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)控(kong)制為后(hou)續(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊接(jie)提供有(you)利(li)條件。三(san)組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)刀盤在(zai)豎直方向具有(you)仿形(xing)隨(sui)動功能(neng),有(you)效地防止由于(yu)帶鋼波動引起的(de)(de)(de)(de)坡口(kou)不均(jun)勻,保證(zheng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)部(bu)形(xing)狀良好穩定(ding),從而確保成型過(guo)程穩定(ding)。同(tong)時銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)削(xue)速(su)度(du)(du)在(zai)3~10m/min的(de)(de)(de)(de)遞送速(su)度(du)(du)下自(zi)動進行自(zi)適(shi)應動態(tai)調節,滿足(zu)高速(su)預焊的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求(qiu)。
d. 鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對(dui)(dui)中系統配備多組鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對(dui)(dui)中裝(zhuang)置,每組對(dui)(dui)中裝(zhuang)置均(jun)配備獨立位(wei)置傳感器,實(shi)時(shi)監測鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)的位(wei)置信息,系統自(zi)(zi)動(dong)判(pan)斷鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)位(wei)置狀態(tai)和變化趨(qu)勢,通(tong)過先進的PI閉(bi)環控制算法,實(shi)時(shi)動(dong)態(tai)分配各(ge)組對(dui)(dui)中輥(gun)推力,實(shi)現鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對(dui)(dui)中,通(tong)過數據對(dui)(dui)比(bi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)分析鋼帶(dai)(dai)(dai)鐮刀彎程度,實(shi)時(shi)糾(jiu)偏,保證成型過程穩定。
e. 主驅動(dong)(dong)是整個成型預焊機組的唯一動(dong)(dong)力,由兩(liang)臺210kW交(jiao)流(liu)電機提(ti)供,動(dong)(dong)力通過行(xing)星齒輪傳(chuan)輸到驅動(dong)(dong)輥,最大驅動(dong)(dong)扭矩480kN·m,兩(liang)輥夾送(song)壓(ya)力由液壓(ya)缸提(ti)供,液壓(ya)回路中(zhong)的蓄能裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可有效吸收焊縫通過輥子時的壓(ya)力變化,提(ti)供穩定的遞(di)送(song)速度。
f. 高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度成(cheng)型機主要由(you)三(san)輥彎曲(qu)系(xi)統和(he)外控輥系(xi)統組成(cheng),最大成(cheng)型力300t,各(ge)(ge)成(cheng)型輥梁均配置伺服電(dian)機和(he)絕對值編碼器,采用(yong)PWS先進的成(cheng)型模(mo)型算法(fa),通過(guo)精(jing)(jing)確(que)定位各(ge)(ge)成(cheng)型輥位置,實現高(gao)速穩定成(cheng)型,同時各(ge)(ge)位置信息(xi)通過(guo)PLC儲存,可重復調(diao)用(yong),提高(gao)成(cheng)型效率。
g. 數(shu)(shu)字式(shi)(shi)(shi)預焊(han)(han)系(xi)統采用(yong)CO2氣體保(bao)護焊(han)(han),由(you)兩臺1500A數(shu)(shu)字式(shi)(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)接電源串(chuan)聯而成,內置專家級焊(han)(han)接數(shu)(shu)據庫,根據壁(bi)厚(hou)和(he)焊(han)(han)絲直徑(jing)不同(tong),選擇合(he)適的(de)焊(han)(han)接程(cheng)序,程(cheng)序自動調用(yong)數(shu)(shu)據庫參數(shu)(shu),并在焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)中對(dui)參數(shu)(shu)進(jin)行PI閉環控制(zhi)(zhi),其(qi)控制(zhi)(zhi)了頻(pin)率(lv)達(da)到(dao)5kHz,確保(bao)參數(shu)(shu)輸出穩(wen)定。焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)采用(yong)潛(qian)弧式(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)過渡(du)形式(shi)(shi)(shi),配(pei)合(he)活性(xing)保(bao)護氣體,可(ke)在較高的(de)焊(han)(han)接速(su)度(du)下保(bao)持穩(wen)定的(de)熔深(shen),確保(bao)于焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)強度(du),最高焊(han)(han)接速(su)度(du)達(da)10m/min。預焊(han)(han)系(xi)統配(pei)備激光自動跟蹤系(xi)統和(he)視頻(pin)監(jian)控系(xi)統,可(ke)對(dui)焊(han)(han)點位置和(he)預焊(han)(han)縫(feng)狀態實時監(jian)控,實現自動化焊(han)(han)接。
2. 雙環噴水式等離(li)子(zi)環切機
配備雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)噴水式等(deng)離(li)(li)子(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)機。其雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)即夾(jia)持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)和切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan),夾(jia)持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)包含3組抱夾(jia)裝置,同(tong)時(shi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)機具備長度(du)(du)測量系(xi)統(tong),控(kong)制精度(du)(du)達到(dao)1mm,當(dang)鋼(gang)(gang)管長度(du)(du)達到(dao)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)所設定的長度(du)(du)時(shi),夾(jia)持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)夾(jia)緊鋼(gang)(gang)管,使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)與不銹鋼(gang)(gang)焊管以同(tong)樣的速度(du)(du)前進,隨后(hou)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)實施環(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)作業。雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)等(deng)離(li)(li)子(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)與鋼(gang)(gang)管形成一(yi)個(ge)相(xiang)對速度(du)(du)為(wei)0的狀態,提(ti)供(gong)穩定的切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境,使(shi)得切(qie)(qie)(qie)口更(geng)加整齊;其噴水系(xi)統(tong)一(yi)方面對等(deng)離(li)(li)子(zi)弧進行收弧聚能,使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)能量更(geng)加集中,提(ti)高切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)效率,另一(yi)方面對切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)周(zhou)圍進行冷卻(que),減少切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)熱影(ying)響區,保證管端母材性(xing)能。
3. 精焊機(ji)(FWM)
配(pei)備3條(tiao)精(jing)(jing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線(xian)(xian),每條(tiao)精(jing)(jing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)線(xian)(xian)配(pei)置內焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)三絲(si)和(he)(he)外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙(shuang)絲(si)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接系統(tong),內焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)和(he)(he)外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)均配(pei)置獨(du)立的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)激光(guang)自(zi)動跟蹤(zong)系統(tong)、視(shi)頻監視(shi)系統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍高度跟蹤(zong)系統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參(can)數(shu)(shu)控制系統(tong)等,通(tong)(tong)過各(ge)結構(gou)聯動,實(shi)現自(zi)動的(de)、實(shi)時的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)頭位置調節(jie)和(he)(he)校(xiao)正,確保(bao)每一條(tiao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接質量,同時每支不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)管的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參(can)數(shu)(shu)實(shi)時曲線(xian)(xian)可(ke)獨(du)立存檔、回放,通(tong)(tong)過參(can)數(shu)(shu)曲線(xian)(xian)可(ke)提前發現焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)存在(zai)的(de)隱(yin)患點,以進行針對性檢測。
4. PWS數字焊接系(xi)統
預焊和(he)精焊工藝(yi)(yi)(yi)均(jun)配備了(le)(le)PWS數字焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)系統,即焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)電源(yuan)和(he)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)工藝(yi)(yi)(yi)均(jun)通過(guo)微(wei)處理器控制(zhi),從起弧到(dao)整個焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)程,微(wei)處理器均(jun)以5kHz的(de)(de)頻率對焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)工藝(yi)(yi)(yi)進行(xing)分(fen)析和(he)優化。焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)工藝(yi)(yi)(yi)過(guo)程采取極高(gao)的(de)(de)頻率不(bu)斷(duan)進行(xing)分(fen)析和(he)優化,實(shi)現了(le)(le)對整個焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)程實(shi)時精確的(de)(de)PI閉環控制(zhi),其(qi)直接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)效(xiao)果(guo)使(shi)得焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)程十分(fen)穩(wen)定(ding),減少了(le)(le)焊縫缺陷(xian)(xian)和(he)管端焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)缺陷(xian)(xian)。
5. 112通道在線(xian)鋼管超聲波檢(jian)測系(xi)統
生產線配(pei)備112通道(dao)在線鋼(gang)(gang)管超聲波檢(jian)測(ce)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),采用(yong)8×30mm雙晶組合探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou),共25組,100通道(dao),探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)固定梳狀(zhuang)掃(sao)查方(fang)式對鋼(gang)(gang)板100%探(tan)(tan)傷,用(yong)于檢(jian)測(ce)平行于軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)線性缺陷(xian)(xian)。同時(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)板兩(liang)邊200mm范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)各(ge)(ge)有5個橫波探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou),用(yong)于檢(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)板邊緣與軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)平行的(de)缺陷(xian)(xian)。鋼(gang)(gang)板兩(liang)側(ce)各(ge)(ge)15mm范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)各(ge)(ge)有1個橫波探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou),用(yong)于檢(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)板邊緣與軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)垂直的(de)缺陷(xian)(xian)。設備具有聲、光報警系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),缺陷(xian)(xian)自動噴標系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),以及各(ge)(ge)通道(dao)的(de)耦合監視系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),缺陷(xian)(xian)檢(jian)出率(lv)100%。
6. 32通道焊縫(feng)超(chao)聲波檢測系統
生產(chan)線配(pei)備32通道焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)超聲(sheng)波檢測(ce)(ce)系統(tong),具(ju)有24個(ge)探傷(shang)通道和8個(ge)耦(ou)合(he)監視(shi)通道,采用雙探架設(she)計(ji),配(pei)備激光圖像自動(dong)跟蹤系統(tong),確保檢測(ce)(ce)過程穩定性。布局探頭有X型(xing)和串(chuan)列型(xing),可檢測(ce)(ce)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)內(nei)縱向、橫(heng)向、斜(xie)向、焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)中間缺(que)陷(xian)以(yi)及焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)兩(liang)側50mm范圍內(nei)的(de)熱影響區(qu)分層缺(que)陷(xian)。
7. X射線(xian)實時成像檢測系統
生(sheng)產線(xian)配備數(shu)(shu)字(zi)平板X射線(xian)實時成像檢測系統,采(cai)用美國珀(po)金埃(ai)爾默公(gong)司的8in非晶數(shu)(shu)字(zi)平板系統XRD 0822 AP,空間分辨率優于3.0p/mm,具有(you)全焊(han)縫實時存圖及回(hui)放功能,檢測靜(jing)態靈(ling)敏度1.0%~1.5%,動態靈(ling)敏度2.2%~2.5%。
8. 自(zi)動化(hua)鋼(gang)管輸(shu)送控制系統
輸(shu)(shu)送(song)系統由(you)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)輥道、橫(heng)(heng)移小車(che)、存管(guan)臺架(jia)(jia)構(gou)成,輸(shu)(shu)送(song)輥道每(mei)4個為一組,存管(guan)臺架(jia)(jia)采(cai)用V形(xing)(xing)臺架(jia)(jia),每(mei)組輥道、橫(heng)(heng)移小車(che)和(he)每(mei)個V形(xing)(xing)臺架(jia)(jia)均配置(zhi)傳感器(qi),用于(yu)檢(jian)測鋼(gang)管(guan)位置(zhi),鋼(gang)管(guan)自(zi)動(dong)化輸(shu)(shu)送(song)控制(zhi)系統由(you)中央控制(zhi)室(shi)進行(xing)監控,并自(zi)動(dong)選擇最優(you)程序實現整個車(che)間鋼(gang)管(guan)的運輸(shu)(shu)和(he)存放,提(ti)高車(che)間作業(ye)效率。
9. ERP信(xin)息化(hua)管理系統
ERP系統包括制(zhi)造(zao)數據管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、計(ji)劃(hua)排產(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、生產(chan)(chan)調度(du)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、庫存管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、質量(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、工藝過(guo)程管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、采(cai)購管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、成(cheng)本管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、生產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程控制(zhi)、質量(liang)數據集(ji)成(cheng)分析。實現從訂單下達到產(chan)(chan)品(pin)完成(cheng)的整個(ge)生產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程的優(you)化管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),改善各個(ge)環節的銜接效率,對生產(chan)(chan)進(jin)度(du)、產(chan)(chan)品(pin)質量(liang)數據實時反(fan)饋,從而保(bao)障產(chan)(chan)品(pin)質量(liang)和工廠及時交貨能力。
10. 機器(qi)人(ren)自動噴標系統
生(sheng)產線配備機器(qi)人自動噴標(biao)(biao)系(xi)統,實現生(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)程鋼管信(xin)息(xi)的(de)自動讀(du)取和收集,中控匯總鋼管的(de)過(guo)(guo)程狀態信(xin)息(xi),同(tong)時(shi)產品標(biao)(biao)識更加美觀、規范、準確。通過(guo)(guo)機器(qi)換人,降低工人勞動強度(du)。

自(zi)2015年投產以來,金洲管(guan)道以預(yu)精(jing)焊(han)生產線為依(yi)托,成立了能源(yuan)管(guan)道研(yan)究所,焊(han)接實驗室等研(yan)發部門(men),整合公司優質資(zi)源(yuan),通過自(zi)主創(chuang)新(xin)和產學研(yan)等方式,加快預(yu)精(jing)焊(han)工(gong)藝技術消化吸收(shou)再創(chuang)新(xin),先后試(shi)制(zhi)進行了(le)φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等規格(ge),參與了(le)新粵(yue)浙管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)的(de)單爐試(shi)制(zhi),在高鋼(gang)級大壁(bi)厚的(de)螺旋不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝上積(ji)累一定的(de)經驗。針對(dui)預焊(han)飛濺、精焊(han)質量(liang)、生產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率等重點難點問題,進行了(le)專項技術(shu)攻關,通過多項科(ke)研成果的(de)應用(yong),金(jin)洲管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)預精焊(han)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝技術(shu)水(shui)平達到(dao)國內領(ling)先水(shui)平。產(chan)(chan)品廣泛用(yong)于石油(you)、天然氣輸(shu)送、海底管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)、城(cheng)市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)以及大型鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)樁(zhuang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等領(ling)域。先后承(cheng)接了(le)惠州海底管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)項目、金(jin)麗溫(wen)省級天然氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、海南(nan)環(huan)島(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、江(jiang)陰燃(ran)氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、馬來西亞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)項目、文(wen)萊管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)項目、伊朗(lang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)項目,以及港(gang)華燃(ran)氣、中(zhong)燃(ran)燃(ran)氣、華潤(run)燃(ran)氣等各大城(cheng)市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。
