1. 制定標準的意義(yi)
GB/T 34107-2017為首次制定,主編(bian)單(dan)位為江蘇銀環精(jing)密鋼(gang)管有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司,參加起(qi)草(cao)單(dan)位有(you)(you)江蘇武進(jin)不銹(xiu)股份有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、中國鐵道科學研究(jiu)院標(biao)準計量研究(jiu)所、上海奉賢鋼(gang)管廠有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、山西太鋼(gang)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)鋼(gang)管有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、中車株洲電(dian)力機車有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、中車大連機車車輛有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、中車青(qing)島(dao)四方機車車輛股份有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、冶金工業(ye)信息(xi)標(biao)準研究(jiu)院。
制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)是(shi)保障(zhang)軌(gui)道交(jiao)通車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)安全營運的(de)關鍵(jian)設備(bei)。制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力源為壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)或制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)液,精(jing)密不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)用(yong)來輸送壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)或制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)液,實現制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作用(yong)的(de)載體。制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)對(dui)(dui)精(jing)密不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)要求非(fei)常(chang)(chang)(chang)嚴格,其(qi)質量直(zhi)接影(ying)響車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)性能(neng)(neng)。制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)各(ge)種閥類(lei)零件對(dui)(dui)精(jing)密不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)表面的(de)清潔度(du)要求非(fei)常(chang)(chang)(chang)高,不(bu)允許內(nei)表面存(cun)(cun)在異物、氧化皮脫落、銹(xiu)蝕等缺陷存(cun)(cun)在。否則(ze)會(hui)造成閥部(bu)件堵塞,動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作失靈(ling),造成制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)故障(zhang),從而危(wei)及行車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)安全。軌(gui)道交(jiao)通車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)用(yong)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)每臺/節機(ji)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)大致使用(yong)300公斤左右(you)。鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在軌(gui)道交(jiao)通車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)組(zu)裝過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中,通常(chang)(chang)(chang)會(hui)進行彎制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、預裝卡套、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)螺紋、焊(han)接、機(ji)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)等工(gong)(gong)藝過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。在經過(guo)(guo)這(zhe)些(xie)工(gong)(gong)業過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)之后,鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)不(bu)應開裂、起皺,或有(you)超過(guo)(guo)工(gong)(gong)藝規定的(de)缺陷存(cun)(cun)在。軌(gui)道交(jiao)通車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)運行環境復(fu)雜,接觸風(feng)、霜、雨(yu)、雪、粉(fen)塵(chen)、煤(mei)塵(chen)、紫外線等;還能(neng)(neng)夠遇到(dao)弱(ruo)酸、弱(ruo)堿(jian)等工(gong)(gong)況。目(mu)前(qian),鐵路機(ji)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)運行的(de)線路越來越長(例如從哈爾濱(bin)到(dao)廣州(zhou)),氣(qi)候變化劇烈,對(dui)(dui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)耐候性能(neng)(neng)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)更高要求。軌(gui)道交(jiao)通車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)在日常(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)保養(yang)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)部(bu)分管(guan)(guan)(guan)路可能(neng)(neng)會(hui)直(zhi)接接觸工(gong)(gong)業清洗(xi)劑。這(zhe)些(xie)都對(dui)(dui)機(ji)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)用(yong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)抗腐(fu)蝕、強度(du)等性能(neng)(neng)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)很(hen)高的(de)要求。
本標準制定前,軌道交通車輛制動系統用精密不(bu)銹鋼(gang)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)沒有統一的國家標準,用戶訂貨基本上都引用了歐盟或德國的標準。本標準的制定,有利于高端裝備制造用原材料的國產化。該標準適用于軌道交通車輛(機車、動車組、城軌車輛、客貨運車輛等)空氣或液壓制動系統用精密奧氏體不銹鋼無縫鋼管。
2. 主要技術內容
鋼管外徑尺寸范圍為6~48.3mm,壁厚為1.0~4.0mm。外徑范圍6~30mm的允許偏差為±0.08mm;壁厚范圍>1.5~2.5mm的允許偏差為±0.15mm。鋼的牌號包括06Cr19Ni10、022Cr19Ni10、06Cr17Ni12Mo2、022Cr17Ni12Mo2、06Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti、06Cr18Ni11Ti等6個牌號。鋼管采用冷拔(軋)無縫方法制造,以光亮固溶處理狀態交貨。力學性能要求包括拉伸和硬度。鋼管應進行液壓、壓扁、彎曲、擴口、晶間腐蝕和無損等檢驗。鋼管的內外表面應清潔、光亮、色澤均勻,無氧化皮等異物,表面粗糙度Ra應不大于3.2μm。采用不低于0.8MPa的干燥潔凈壓縮空氣逐根吹掃鋼管內表面,不應吹出任何肉眼可見的固態或液態雜物。鋼管使用木箱包裝,防護應符合鐵路標準TB/T 3218的規定,并采用外套式管帽。鋼管采用噴標方式每隔2米重復標識。鋼管的并應采用防水防潮的箱式包裝。
3. 國內(nei)外標準對(dui)比(bi)及標準水平
和《壓力用途的(de)(de)無縫鋼管(guan)交貨技術(shu)條件(jian)第5部分(fen)(fen)不銹鋼管(guan)》(EN 10216-5)、《精密用途的(de)(de)鋼管(guan)交貨技術(shu)條件(jian)第1部分(fen)(fen)無縫冷(leng)拔管(guan)》(EN10305-1)等(deng)標(biao)準相比,本(ben)標(biao)準在(zai)尺寸允許偏差、表面質量、化學(xue)成(cheng)分(fen)(fen)、工藝性(xing)能、無損檢測、包裝等(deng)方面的(de)(de)要求更加(jia)明確、具體和嚴格。本(ben)標(biao)準為國際先進(jin)水平。
