一(yi)、爆破(po)片概(gai)述


  爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)的(de)作用是(shi)在(zai)設備或管道壓(ya)力(li)突(tu)然(ran)升(sheng)高(gao)尚未引起爆(bao)(bao)炸前,由(you)于爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)兩側(ce)壓(ya)力(li)差達到預定溫(wen)(wen)度下的(de)預定值時,即先行破(po)(po)裂,排(pai)出(chu)設備或管道內的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)介質。因此爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)是(shi)防止設備或管道破(po)(po)裂的(de)一(yi)種安全(quan)(quan)泄放裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。爆(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)安全(quan)(quan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)具有結(jie)構簡單(dan)、靈敏、準確、無泄漏、泄放能力(li)強(qiang)等優點。能夠在(zai)黏稠、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)、低溫(wen)(wen)、腐蝕的(de)環境(jing)下可靠地(di)工作,還(huan)是(shi)超高(gao)壓(ya)容器的(de)理(li)想安全(quan)(quan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。

二、爆破片的分類


  按(an)照結構(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)式來分類,爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)主要有(you)三種,即平板型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、正拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。平板型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)綜合(he)性能較(jiao)差,主要用(yong)于(yu)低壓(ya)和超低壓(ya)工況,尤其(qi)是大型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)料(liao)倉。正拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)應用(yong)場(chang)合(he)較(jiao)多。對于(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)正拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian),其(qi)工作原(yuan)理(li)是利(li)用(yong)材料(liao)的(de)拉伸(shen)強度(du)來控(kong)制爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)方向(xiang)與壓(ya)力(li)(li)作用(yong)方向(xiang)一致。在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)中發現(xian),所有(you)的(de)正拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)都存在(zai)相同的(de)局(ju)限:爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)時(shi),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)碎(sui)片(pian)(pian)會進(jin)入泄放管道;由(you)于(yu)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)中心(xin)厚度(du)被有(you)意減弱,易于(yu)因(yin)疲(pi)勞(lao)(lao)而提前爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po);操作壓(ya)力(li)(li)不(bu)能超過爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)最(zui)小爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)65%,由(you)此導致了(le)反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)出(chu)現(xian)。這種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)利(li)用(yong)材料(liao)的(de)抗壓(ya)強度(du)來控(kong)制其(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li),較(jiao)之傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)正拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian),其(qi)具(ju)有(you)抗疲(pi)勞(lao)(lao)性能優良、爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)時(shi)不(bu)產(chan)生碎(sui)片(pian)(pian)且操作壓(ya)力(li)(li)可(ke)達其(qi)最(zui)小爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li)90%以上的(de)優點。細分之下(xia),反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)包(bao)括反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)刻槽型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)腭齒(chi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)以及(ji)反(fan)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)刀架型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)等。


三、爆破(po)片的特點


爆破片(pian)與安全(quan)閥比較(jiao),具(ju)有結構簡單、靈(ling)敏(min)、可靠、經濟、無泄漏(lou)、適用性(xing)強等優越(yue)性(xing),但也有其(qi)局限性(xing),其(qi)特(te)點(dian)如下:


(1)密封性(xing)能好,在設備正(zheng)常(chang)工作壓(ya)力下能保持嚴密不漏(lou)。


(2)泄壓反應迅速,爆(bao)破片的(de)動作(zuo)一般在2~10ms內(nei)完成,而安(an)全閥則因為機械滯后(hou)作(zuo)用,全部(bu)動作(zuo)時間要高1~2個數量級。


(3)對黏稠性或(huo)粉末狀(zhuang)污(wu)物(wu)不敏感。即使氣體(ti)中含有一定量的(de)污(wu)物(wu)也(ye)不致影響(xiang)它的(de)正常動作,不像安全閥那樣,容易黏結或(huo)堵塞。


(4)爆破元(yuan)件(膜片)動作后(hou)不能復位,不但設備內介質(zhi)全(quan)部流失,設備也得中止運行。


(5)動作壓(ya)力不太穩定,爆(bao)破片的爆(bao)破壓(ya)力允許偏差一(yi)般都比安(an)全閥(fa)的穩定壓(ya)力允許偏差大一(yi)些。


(6)爆(bao)破片的(de)使用壽(shou)命較(jiao)短,常因(yin)疲勞(lao)而(er)早期失效。


四、爆破片的(de)適用場(chang)所


(1)獨立的壓力容器和/或(huo)壓力管道系統(tong)設有安全閥、爆破片(pian)裝置或(huo)這二者(zhe)的組合裝置。


(2)滿(man)足下(xia)列情況之一應優先選用(yong)爆破(po)片:


   ①. 壓力有可能迅速上升的;


   ②. 泄放介(jie)質(zhi)含有顆粒、易(yi)沉淀、易(yi)結晶、易(yi)聚合和介(jie)質(zhi)黏度較大;


   ③. 泄放介質有強腐蝕性,使(shi)用安全閥時其價值(zhi)很高;


   ④. 工藝(yi)介質十分昂貴或有劇毒,在工作過程中不允(yun)許(xu)有任(ren)何泄漏,應與安(an)全閥(fa)串聯使用(yong);


   ⑤. 工作壓(ya)力很(hen)(hen)低或很(hen)(hen)高時,選用安全閥(fa)則其制造比較(jiao)困難;


   ⑥. 當使(shi)用溫度較低而影響安全閥工(gong)作特性時;


   ⑦. 需要(yao)較大泄放面積。


(3)對于一次性使(shi)用的(de)管(guan)路系統(如開車(che)吹掃(sao)的(de)管(guan)路放(fang)空系統),爆(bao)(bao)破(po)片的(de)破(po)裂不(bu)影響操作和生產的(de)場合,設(she)置爆(bao)(bao)破(po)片。


(4)為減少(shao)爆破(po)片破(po)裂后的(de)工藝介(jie)質的(de)損失(shi),可(ke)與安全閥串聯使用。


(5)作為壓力(li)容器的附加安(an)全設(she)施,可(ke)與(yu)安(an)全閥并聯使(shi)用(yong),例(li)如爆破片僅用(yong)于火災(zai)情(qing)況下的超壓泄放(fang)。


(6)為(wei)增加異常工(gong)況(如火災等)下(xia)的泄放面(mian)積,爆破(po)片可并聯使用。


(7)爆破片(pian)不適用于經(jing)常超壓和溫度波動很大的場合。


五、爆破片選(xuan)用程序


(1)確定被(bei)保(bao)護(hu)設(she)(she)備(bei)或壓(ya)力管道系統(tong)是否(fou)需要設(she)(she)置爆(bao)破片。


(2)根據工藝(yi)介質和操作條件確定(ding)爆破片的形式(shi)及材(cai)料。


(3)根據被保護管道系統(tong)的最(zui)高壓(ya)力及(ji)選用的爆(bao)破片(pian)形式(shi),按標準規范(fan)確定爆(bao)破片(pian)的最(zui)小標定爆(bao)破壓(ya)力,設(she)計爆(bao)破壓(ya)力。


(4)根據工(gong)藝條件、物(wu)理(li)參數(shu)計算爆破片的安全泄(xie)(xie)放量(liang),選定爆破片的泄(xie)(xie)放面積和(he)泄(xie)(xie)放口徑。


(5)填寫爆破(po)片裝(zhuang)置規格書,提供給材料(liao)采購專業,作為訂貨的(de)技術(shu)條件。
