一、限流孔板的(de)作用與形式
限(xian)流孔板設(she)置在(zai)管道中(zhong)用于限(xian)制流體的流量(liang)或(huo)降低流體的壓力。有的設(she)計(ji)(ji)單位由管道專業(ye)(ye)負責(ze)選用,有的設(she)計(ji)(ji)單位由儀(yi)表專業(ye)(ye)負責(ze)選用。限(xian)流孔板根據 GB/T 2624、HG/T20570、GD 2000、GD 87等標準設(she)計(ji)(ji)制造。
限流(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)用于以下幾個方面(mian):
①. 工(gong)藝(yi)物料需要降壓且精(jing)度要求不高。
②. 在管道中閥(fa)門上、下游需要有較大壓降時,為減少流體對閥門的沖蝕,當經孔板節流不會產生氣相時,可在閥門上游串聯孔板。
③. 流體需(xu)要(yao)小(xiao)流量(liang)且連(lian)續(xu)流通的(de)(de)地方,如泵的(de)(de)沖洗(xi)管道(dao)、熱備用泵的(de)(de)旁路(lu)管道(dao)(低流量(liang)保護管道(dao))、分析取樣(yang)管等(deng)場所(suo)。
④. 需要降壓(ya)以減少噪(zao)聲或(huo)磨損的地方,如放(fang)空系統。
限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)孔板為(wei)一同心(xin)銳孔板,用于限(xian)制流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量或(huo)降低流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體通過(guo)孔板就會產(chan)生壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降,通過(guo)孔板的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量則(ze)隨壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降的(de)增大而增大。但當壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降超(chao)過(guo)一定數值,即超(chao)過(guo)臨界壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降時,不(bu)(bu)論出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)如何(he)降低,流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量將維持一定的(de)數值而不(bu)(bu)再(zai)增加(jia)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)孔板就是根據這個原(yuan)理用來限(xian)制流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量或(huo)降低流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。
限流孔(kong)板作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)節流元件,由于具有結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單(dan)、易(yi)加(jia)工、制造(zao)成本低(di)、安裝(zhuang)方便等優點,在(zai)滿足工藝要求(qiu)的(de)前提下,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)限流孔(kong)板代替調節閥來限定流量或降低(di)壓(ya)力,將會大(da)大(da)地(di)降低(di)投資和操作(zuo)(zuo)維修費(fei)用(yong)(yong),因此在(zai)國外已(yi)被廣泛地(di)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于工藝裝(zhuang)置,對裝(zhuang)置的(de)安全運行(xing)起著重要的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。
限流(liu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)按(an)(an)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)上開孔(kong)(kong)(kong)數(shu)(shu)分(fen)為(wei)單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)和多孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban),按(an)(an)板(ban)數(shu)(shu)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)單板(ban)和多板(ban)。公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑:10mm≤DN≤1000mm,公(gong)稱(cheng)壓力:PN≤42MPa。工作(zuo)溫度:50℃≤t≤550℃ ,連接(jie)方式:焊接(jie)、法蘭連接(jie)。典型(xing)限流(liu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)見(jian)圖6.6.4。

二、限流孔板選(xuan)型的一般要求
1. 氣體、蒸汽
為了避免使用限流(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)的管路出現(xian)噎(ye)塞流(liu),限流(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)后(hou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(P2)不(bu)能小于(yu)板(ban)前壓(ya)力(li)(li)(p1)的55%,即P2≥0.55p1,因(yin)此當P2<0.55p1 時(shi),不(bu)能用單板(ban),要(yao)選擇(ze)多(duo)板(ban)。板(ban)數(shu)要(yao)保證(zheng)每板(ban)的板(ban)后(hou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)大于(yu)板(ban)前壓(ya)力(li)(li)的55%。
2. 液體
當(dang)液(ye)(ye)體壓降小于或等(deng)于2.5MPa時,選擇(ze)單板孔(kong)板。當(dang)液(ye)(ye)體壓降大于2.5MPa時,選擇(ze)多板孔(kong)板,且使每塊孔(kong)板的壓降小于2.5MPa。
三、孔(kong)數的確定(ding)
管道公稱直徑≤150mm的(de)(de)管路(lu),通(tong)常采用單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban);150mm時(shi),采用多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)。多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(do),一(yi)般(ban)可選用12.5mm,20mm,25mm,40mm。在計算多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)時(shi),首(shou)先按單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)求(qiu)出(chu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(d),然后(hou)按式(shi)(6.6.1)求(qiu)取選用的(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)數(N)。
