奧氏體不銹鋼采用手工鎢極氬弧焊可以進行各種位置的操作,其中包括水平固定管(全位置)的對接焊,但主適用于薄壁件和打底層的焊接。


  根據接(jie)頭的形式,平(ping)焊位置包括對接(jie)平(ping)焊和(he)平(ping)角焊兩種(zhong)。


①. 對接平(ping)焊


 焊件(jian)在(zai)裝配時,為了防止焊接(jie)過(guo)程中產生變形,應放在(zai)夾具中緊固,并在(zai)焊件(jian)坡口(kou)背面安放墊板(ban)(ban),墊板(ban)(ban)上應開(kai)設凹槽,內通氬氣,保護背面焊縫,如圖4-11所示(shi)。

  焊(han)接時,首先在定位焊(han)縫根部后10mm左右處(chu)開(kai)始引燃(ran)電弧(hu)(hu)(hu),運(yun)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)至定位焊(han)點根部,此時焊(han)槍畫一個半圓形的圈,在坡口根部形成一個熔(rong)孔(kong),熔(rong)孔(kong)形成后向(xiang)右側鈍(dun)邊處(chu)填加焊(han)絲,然后得向(xiang)左側運(yun)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),向(xiang)左側鈍(dun)邊處(chu)填加焊(han)絲,再向(xiang)右運(yun)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),如(ru)此往復(fu)循環,逐(zhu)漸形成熔(rong)透焊(han)縫。


  操作過(guo)(guo)程中要保持熔(rong)孔始終深入母材0.5~1.0mm,出現(xian)熔(rong)孔后應立(li)即(ji)填(tian)充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲,這時形成的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)才(cai)會(hui)均勻。如果(guo)填(tian)充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲過(guo)(guo)遲,熔(rong)孔過(guo)(guo)大(da),反(fan)面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)就(jiu)過(guo)(guo)高,甚至產生焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)瘤;填(tian)充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲過(guo)(guo)早,若還(huan)未(wei)形成熔(rong)孔,就(jiu)會(hui)產生未(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)透。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接過(guo)(guo)程中在(zai)不影響(xiang)視線的情況(kuang)下(xia)盡量采用短弧(hu),以(yi)增強氬氣的保護效(xiao)果(guo)和提高電弧(hu)的穿透能(neng)力。鎢(wu)極端部距熔(rong)池表面以(yi)2~3mm為(wei)宜,要注意觀察(cha)熔(rong)池的形狀,熔(rong)池應保持與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)軸線對稱(cheng),否則焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)就(jiu)會(hui)偏斜。


  熔(rong)(rong)(rong)透(tou)(tou)的(de)識別(bie):焊(han)(han)接過程中應通過仔細觀察(cha)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)變化來判斷(duan)是(shi)否熔(rong)(rong)(rong)透(tou)(tou),以達(da)到單面(mian)焊(han)(han)雙面(mian)成形的(de)目的(de)。當填充(chong)焊(han)(han)絲上一顆(ke)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)落入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)時,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)表面(mian)位(wei)置就會(hui)升高,隨著熱量向下(xia)傳輸,基本金(jin)屬熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化形成熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔。由(you)于重力使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)下(xia)沉,于是(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)水平下(xia)降,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)表面(mian)積擴張,這是(shi)焊(han)(han)透(tou)(tou)的(de)重要標志(zhi)。如(ru)果沒有焊(han)(han)透(tou)(tou),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)便不會(hui)下(xia)沉。


  當(dang)運弧(hu)至(zhi)終焊(han)端的定位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)根部(bu)3~5mm時,焊(han)槍畫圈,把定位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)根部(bu)熔化,然后(hou)填(tian)充2~3滴(di)(di)熔滴(di)(di),繼續向前施焊(han)10mm左(zuo)右(you),把定位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)表面(mian)熔化,最后(hou)用電(dian)流衰減法收弧(hu)。收弧(hu)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)應(ying)在定位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)后(hou)方10mm左(zuo)右(you)處(chu),以保證接頭部(bu)位(wei)能焊(han)透(tou)。


②. 平角焊(han)


  操作時,焊(han)槍、焊(han)絲(si)(si)和焊(han)件之間的相對位置如圖4-12所示。電弧長度1.5mm左右(you),焊(han)槍與(yu)焊(han)件的傾角為(wei)40°~50°,焊(han)絲(si)(si)送入傾角為(wei)15°~20°。
